RENTAL RULES
- To rent ski equipment you need an identity document (passport, passport, ID card, driver's license) or a cash deposit in the amount of the cost of equipment. The presence of the owner of the document is REQUIRED.
- One set of equipment of category "Top " or two sets of category "Premium / Standard " is issued for each document.
- Documents or cash deposit are returned to the customer after returning the rental equipment.
- In case of loss of equipment, the customer reimburses its full cost. In case of unintentional damage to the equipment - payment is not charged.
- In case of early return of equipment - money is returned. Money is refunded for an unused rental day only if the equipment is returned before 09:00
in the morning, after 09:00 in the morning - the full cost of the equipment is paid for the day.
Rent for a day is counted when receiving equipment from 08:00 and returning to 20:00. If you can not return equipment to 20:00, it can be done the next day before 09:00 am, then the money fee for additional day is not charged. At 20:00 hire points are closed.
- Rent for "half day " is possible only upon receipt of equipment after 14:00, and its return before 20:00 on the same day or until 09:00 the next day. In case of return after 09:00 in the morning - the full cost of the equipment is paid for the day. Convenient for evening and night skiing.
- It is possible to rent equipment after 18:00 with payment the next day. That is rent today and skiing tomorrow.
- X-drive network works according to a certain schedule: 08:00 - 20:00, rent and return of equipment during non-working hours (after 20:00) - carried out only by prior arrangement. Please plan your day off in advance.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURE
- Pick up boots, skis/snowboards, helmet/sticks.
- The instructor enters the necessary data (surname, inventory, amount of payment and collateral). If there is a document as collateral, the instructor checks its validity: photo, signature, car number, place of residence
- The client signs the receipt of equipment.
- Upon receipt of the equipment, additionally check its serviceability and weight and height !
- Ask the instructor questions when you receive equipment, but not when you return it.
By renting equipment at X-drive rental points, you agree to certain rental rules and checkout procedures.

🎿 Ski and snowboard rental for adults and children
First turns or new challenges — we offer alpine skis, snowboards, cross-country skis and ski-touring sets for beginners and experienced riders. A wide choice of models and sizes helps us find the right gear for adults and children. Choose Standard, Premium or Top for adults, or Standard and Premium for children. Check the availability of Premium sets and your preferred models at your chosen rental shop.
🧩 Ski sets, clothing and accessories for rent
Start your day on the slopes with a ski set including boots, a helmet and poles, or a snowboard with boots and a helmet. We also rent ski suits, jackets, trousers, gloves, goggles, glasses and protective gear. Choose winter clothing and accessories to keep you comfortable as you ride.
🥾 Boot fitting and equipment adjustment
We’ll help you try on ski or snowboard boots, take your ability and budget into account, and adjust your gear to your measurements and riding style — just as we would for our own family. If anything pinches or doesn’t feel right, tell us straight away: we’ll work it out together before you head to the slopes.
🛠️ Regular ski and snowboard servicing
Great days on the slopes start with careful preparation: our rental skis and snowboards receive regular servicing on professional Montana machines from Switzerland and Reichmann machines from Germany. Boots, helmets, clothing and other equipment are regularly dried and disinfected — we look after your comfort from the first fitting.
📍 Rental shops on your way to the resorts, with convenient parking
Rent skis in Bukovel or collect your gear on the way to the resort — choose a convenient X-drive shop in Yablunytsia, Polianytsia, Tatariv, Yaremche or within Bukovel itself. Our shops are on the way to the ski resorts, and each has spacious parking for easy collection and return. Choose a location along your route or near your accommodation and check its opening hours before travelling.

Choose a location, dates and sets. We’ll send your selections to the X-drive team to prepare for your arrival. After successful submission, you don’t need to wait for a staff reply. Book equipment →
⚡ Fast service at our rental shops
Your time matters: our coordinated team can serve up to 45 customers an hour if they have already chosen their equipment. If you need help choosing skis or a snowboard, we’ll take time for selection and fitting — you should head to the slopes with gear that suits you.
🕒 Half-day ski and snowboard rental
Half-day equipment rental is a convenient choice for evening or night skiing and riding. Collect your set after 14:00 and return it by 20:00 the same day or by 09:00 the next morning. Returns after 09:00 incur the full daily rate, and returns after 20:00 are only possible by prior arrangement.
🌙 Collect your gear tonight and ride tomorrow
Collect your skis or snowboard after 18:00 and pay the following day: rent today and ride tomorrow. Wake up with your kit ready and the mountains ahead — plan your holiday at your own pace.
🔧 No charge for unintentional equipment damage
Enjoy your time on the slopes: we do not charge for unintentional damage to equipment. Lost equipment must be reimbursed at its full value — see our rental rules for details.

We offer favourable rental terms for returning customers, discounts for equipment rentals of three days or more, and discounts for participants in the Russian–Ukrainian war.
